Kettlebell

IRONLAB is a small-group strength and conditioning program built around kettlebells, functional movement, and progressive skill development. Each session combines mobility, strength, power, conditioning, and movement training in a supportive coaching environment. Whether you’re new to kettlebells or looking to sharpen your skills, IronLab helps you move better, get stronger, and build confidence through expert instruction and hands-on coaching. All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications are available for every exercise.

Sound bath materials

Join us on Saturday, September 19 from 12:45 – 1:45 PM for a Sound Bath and Meditation Master Class that will help you relax, reset, and recharge. Enjoy a full 60 minutes of live instruments and let the sound vibrations wash over you.

Rumba Dance partners
