FFC Elmhurst Yoga Studio

We’re bringing a brand new format to our group fitness schedule! Hustle/Flow is an interval training class that combines the dynamics of high intensity cardio and light weights with yoga flow sequences for a total body workout incorporating mobility, flexibility and strength. 

Check out Hustle/Flow at FFC West Loop on Fridays at 7 AM with Emily Branshaw beginning April 9.

It’s back! Our Healthy Lifestyles Support Group is going virtual. Our group meets the first Monday of every month to discuss what it means to live a healthy lifestyle. Learn strategies from your peers, engage about struggles, and join a supportive network for your journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
