NamaSTRENGTH is our latest class to our group fitness schedule. In this workout, we move seamlessly between yoga flow sections and strength training sections, using heavier weights. This class highlights the benefits of yoga while building muscle and a strong foundation.
You can find NamaSTRENGTH on the schedule on Mondays at 6 AM, Tuesdays at 9:15 AM and Wednesdays at 12:15 PM.
