Join us for Pilates Spring Break Class Pass from Monday, March 20 – Sunday April 9. This 3 week program will introduce you to our wide variety of Pilates apparatus classes.

Mondays – Tower of Power @ 8:30 AM with Sam
Tuesdays – Ring of Fire @ 6:30 PM with Jeanne
Wednesdays – Wunda Chair @ 10:30 AM w/ Shanna
Thursdays – Abba Dabba @ 8:30 AM with Sam

You can purchase single sessions at the $38/class, or choose to do unlimited our Pilates Spring Break Class Pass:

Welcome new staff to FFC!

Cris Villalobos recently joined the FFC Park Ridge team as pickleball coordinator! She has already formed a league that begins Mar 2, and is ready to schedule your pickleball lessons today. Come meet Cris during pickleball open play on Wednesdays 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM, Fridays from 5 PM– 8 PM and Sundays 9 AM -12 PM in March. FFC members play for free; non-member drop-in fee is $20/visit. Group of people learning how to do a headstand

Join us on Sunday, March 5 from 1 – 2 PM to explore the art of going upside-down. This workshop comes with a pamphlet and 1:1 hands-on assistance to aid in your inversion exploration.

We will study headstands, forearm balance and handstands. Going upside-down takes acceptance of where you are at and requires discipline for where you are going. The inversion workshop is designed to assist you with all of that on an individual level within a class setting.
