DASH Nutrition Lunch and Learn
Immediately after the DASH class on August 22, join registered dietitian Leah Kostos in the Community room on the lower level for a Lunch and Learn. We will build a healthy lunch bowl together and discuss enhancing longevity through food and nutrition. The cost is $30 for members/non-members and anyone is welcome.

Pickleball Beginner Lessons
Do you want to learn how to play pickleball? This one-hour lesson will teach you the basics of pickleball, including scoring, strategy, and the serve, and is available for an individual or a small group of up to four players. You will be playing pickleball within the hour and having lots of fun!
