New Year, New You. Successfully conquer your New Year’s Resolutions this year with this 4-week coaching program on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM led by Level 4 Coach and Fitness Director, Stephanie Campione. In this program, develop better habits around your health and fitness with topics in movement, nutrition, and regeneration.

Each fitness assessment will include a body composition assessment with our brand-new Inbody technology, a blood pressure & resting heart rate assessment, a posture assessment, and a cardiovascular endurance assessment.

Join us on Tuesdays from 7:30 – 9:00 PM for a 90-minute Hot Yoga class with Kimberly LaBounty. Hot Yoga is practiced in a studio heated to 105 degrees. The combination of heat and breathing exercises improves oxygen utilization, while the temperature produces detoxification, promoting a new and healthier you. Some yoga experience is necessary.

Join us on January 19 from 4:30 – 7:30 PM for a fun night of high-energy games, pizza, and a movie. The cost is $35 per child or $45 for 2 children for members. Non-members are welcome for $5 more. Registration ends Wednesday, January 17.
