Parent’s Night Out: PJ Glow Party
Kids ages 4 – 12, come dressed in your favorite PJs and get ready for a glowing fun night filled with games, crafts, pizza, and a movie on Friday, September 18 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM.

Potluck on the Pool Deck
Join the DASH Community for a fun and relaxing gathering at FFC Park Ridge on Thursday, September 17 from 12:00 – 1:30 PM. Enjoy our pool deck, a swim, good food, and great company! Bring a dish to share, whether it’s a lunch item, appetizer, side, dessert, or non-alcoholic beverage.

Pilates for Runners: Run Stronger, Recover Better
Join us for Pilates for Runners: Run Stronger, Recover Better in August. Running places unique demands on the body, and this specialty Pilates class is designed to help runners improve core strength, balance, posture, and mobility while targeting key muscle groups that support efficient movement.
This program teaches exercises that can improve stride mechanics, enhance recovery, and help prevent common running injuries. It is perfect for runners of all levels, from weekend joggers to seasoned racers. The program is priced at $134 for 4 small group classes.

Parents Night Out – Campfire Night
Join us for Parents Night Out – Campfire Night on Friday, August 14 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Kids ages 4–12 are invited for a fun evening featuring campfire-themed games, crafts, pizza, and a movie while parents enjoy a night off.
