Sound Bath Meditation with Chloe Z

Private Sound Bath

Join us for a Healing Sound Bath and Guided Meditation on Sunday, April 13 from 6:00 – 7:30 PM. Sound and meditation can help clear energy blocks and allow you to release and let go of things your body no longer needs. Sound baths restore harmony and peace in the body. Bring your favorite pillow and/or blankets or other props. Payment must be made with registration or registration will be cancelled. Invite your friends! $20 for Members, $30 for Non-Members, $15 for staff.

This class is of a meditative nature. Please be on time to assure that our members participating have an uninterrupted experience.

Pay and register under the Group Fitness section in the FFC+ App. Non-members can contact acastillo@ffc.com to enroll.

Easter Bunny Bash

Bring your little ones for this fun family event and celebrate Easter with us! There will be Easter themed games, crafts, a bounce house, and an opportunity to take a picture with the Easter Bunny! Pre-register with Dawn Brunner by Wednesday, April 9 from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM to get a holiday discount of $8 per child. The day of the event cost is $10 per child. Check-in at the front desk to pay and receive a wristband to get an included goodie bag. This is NOT a drop-off event. A parent must be present with the children.
