oin us for our September Parent’s Night Out: PJ Glow Party on Friday, September 12 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Kids ages 4-12, come dressed in your favorite PJ’s and be ready to have a glowingly fun night of games, crafts, pizza and a movie. Cost for 1 child of a member is $35, $45 for 2 children of members. Non members are welcome for $5 more per child. Registration ends by Wednesday September 10.

Pickleball paddles and balls

This 5-week series runs every Saturday from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm from September 13 – October 11. Each week will focus on specific Pickleball skills. The last week will focus on games that encompass all skills learned through weeks 1-4.

Week 1: Ball Control & Forehand Drive
Week 2: Backhand Drive & Serving
Week 3: Forehand Lob & Backhand Lob
Week 4: The Smash & Make Up /Revisiting anything other skill that needs to be worked on
Week 5: Putting new skills into action with games

Cost is $150/member.

This is a mixed league from from September 9 – November 4. Players will play at either 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM depending on their current rank. This is designed so that players of similar skill level will play together. Each week, players will be notified of their start time. Cost is $150/member. Spots are limited. Discover the fundamentals of Pilates in this Intro to Pilates class, designed for first-time clients. Join us on Saturday, August 2 at 10:00 AM or Tuesday, August 19, at 6:00 PM to explore the core principles of mindful movement. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to add a new dimension to your fitness routine, this gentle, beginner-friendly class is the perfect place to start.

You’ll learn basic Pilates movements and terminology, breathing techniques, and proper body alignment, while improving your core strength, posture, and flexibility. Modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
