Build your confidence on the strength floor with Intro To Strength Training, an entry-level class designed to teach you the essentials needed for a great workout. These complimentary classes are taught by our FFC personal trainers and take place at 10 AM every Saturday in September. Each week will cover a new tool used on the fitness floor. Come ready to learn more and leave feeling empowered to use this equipment on your next visit.

A women in a self defense training session

Join us on Sunday, August 6 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM for a women’s self-defense seminar! This complimentary 2-hour seminar will give you helpful tools and tactics to keep yourself safe if you’re ever faced with an attack.

FFC’s stretch-certified trainers are here to help! They have all undergone rigorous continuing education and are certified to assist you with your mobility, flexibility, and range of motion so you can feel better, move more and perform at your best!
