On floor 2M using the elliptical machine and some of the other strength machines down on floor 2. Oh yeah, sometimes I’m using also stair master or treadmill on floor 2.
Watch crime shows like Chicago PD and Law & Order during cardio – it makes the time fly! What got me started? I was tired of feeling sorry for myself. I started at 346 and am now down to 306. It’s never too late to begin. Focus on your own journey, be kind to yourself, and celebrate the small wins.
Sound Bath Meditation
Join us for a Healing Sound Bath and Guided Meditation on Saturday, July 11 from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Sound and meditation can help clear energy blocks and support you in releasing and letting go of things your body no longer needs, restoring harmony and peace in the body. Please bring your favorite pillow, blankets, or other comfort props. Payment must be made at the time of registration or registration will be cancelled.

July Parent’s Night Out: Dinosaur Party
Join us on Friday, July 31, from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM for a dinosaur-themed party at FFC Kids Club! This event is open to children ages 3 months to 12 years. Kids will enjoy fun games, arts and crafts, and food in a safe and exciting Kids Club environment. Pizza, chips, and juice boxes are included.
