Kick off Summer 2026 with FFC on the West Loop pool deck for an unforgettable night of energy, music, and community! Join us on Friday, May 29, from 5:30 – 8:00 PM for a high-energy Werq vs. Zumba dance-off led by Dom and Kaley, where you’ll learn the moves, pick your side, and bring the energy as the sun sets over the city.

After the dance-off, keep the night going with a poolside social hour featuring food, drinks, and giveaways. Expect great music, a vibrant crowd, and the ultimate start to summer in Chicago!

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a fitness twist on Tuesday, May 5, 2026! Members are invited to complete a 1-mile run in the club and record their fastest time. Push yourself and see how you stack up on the leaderboard. As a reward, participants who complete their mile will enjoy a special protein margarita to celebrate their accomplishment.

Join our trainers and FFC staff for Murph Challenge Week! This fun and challenging workout tests your endurance and strength with:

  • 1-mile run
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 200 push-ups
  • 300 air squats
  • 1-mile run

This is a speed challenge, but completion is always the goal. Can’t make the team workout on Friday, May 22?
