Join us on Wednesday, March 11 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM for our Club Connect Series, a casual member social designed to build community and connection within the club. Members are invited to mix, mingle, and meet fellow members and staff in a relaxed setting while enjoying light snacks and beverages. This event is a great opportunity for newer members to get more comfortable in the club and for long-time members to connect outside of their workouts.

Group Fitness class

Join us on March 15 from 8:30 AM – 9:15 AM for our St. Patty’s Day Recovery Sculpt, a heated sculpt experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and recover. This special class will blend strength, movement, and heat with added recovery elements. After class, members can enjoy recovery samples and cold eucalyptus towels to enhance relaxation and post-workout recovery. Space may be limited — early arrival is encouraged.

Get ready for a high-energy, sports-themed relay event on Thursday, March 27. Members can form teams of three to represent their school. Teams will compete in a series of fast-moving, athletic challenges designed to test strength, speed, and teamwork. Expect multiple relay-style events, big energy, and plenty of friendly competition. The team that comes out on top will be crowned CHAMPS and proudly represent their school. All fitness levels are welcome — bring the energy, rep your school, and compete for bragging rights.

Signature Classes offered at FFC

Join us at FFC Lincoln Park on Saturday, January 24, from 12:00–2:00 PM for Sweat, Sip & Social — a high-energy Formula 94 Team Teach with Lois Miller and Mari Cervantes!

This 45-minute heated workout combines cardio, light weights, and nonstop movement to help you sweat, reset, and kick off the new year strong. After class, stick around to sip, socialize, and enjoy giveaways from local partners.
