Medicine Ball Toss on the FFC Gold Coast rooftop

Pick your trainer, join the team, and take it to the rooftop! On Saturday, May 30 at 9:00 AM, teams will go head-to-head through a series of fun, all-level challenges including sled pushes, spin sprints, band work, bodyweight circuits, and a core finisher. Bring your energy, enjoy the friendly competition, and stay after for light bites and refreshments. This event is for members only, complimentary, but pre-registration is required.
