Build your confidence on the strength floor with Intro To Strength Training, an entry-level class designed to teach you the essentials needed for a great workout. These complimentary classes are taught by our FFC personal trainers and take place at 10 AM every Saturday in September. Each week will cover a new tool used on the fitness floor. Help us celebrate 29 years of serving the Gold Coast community on Thursday, August 24 from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM! We will have a DJ along with light-passed hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Proceeds from the bar will benefit PAWS. RSVP is required using the Club Events section of our FFC+ app, and each member can bring one non-member guest.
Space is limited to the first 300 guests to RSVP – we hope to see you there! Weather permitting, this will be an outdoor rooftop event.
