This March, we’re highlighting the Spine Corrector in our Tower classes to support deeper spinal mobility, improved posture, and stronger core connections. This versatile arc helps open the chest, lengthen the spine, and improve alignment while providing added support. Keep an eye out for pop-up Spine Corrector demos on the turf throughout the month!

For class schedules or more information, contact Shanna Tobin at Stobin@ffc.com.
