FFC Park Ridge Hispanic Heritage Month Zumba Class

Hispanic Heritage month logo

Help us celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with our Team teach Zumba! Zumba fuses Latin/international rhythms and movements. These easy-to-follow dance moves feature intermittent interval training that includes fast and slow rhythms. Fitness Variations help add interval training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. No prior dance experience necessary. It’s a Salsa, Merengue, Belly Dance, Reggaeton, Hip Hop and more DANCE party! Join The Fun.

Howl-O-Ween Doggie Yoga

Four small dogs wearing Halloween costumes

Bring your pup to celebrate Halloween with friends at FFC on Saturday, October 26 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. We’ll start with a doggie yoga class at 10:30 AM followed by doggie treats on the pool deck. Cap off the event by having your dog play in our outdoor pool on its last day of the season! Dogs must be non aggressive, like other dogs and do well with people. Prizes will be awarded for best doggie Halloween costume, and we will have drink specials available at the bar! Register in the FFC+ app.

Parents Night Out – Halloween Night

a group of children trick or treating during Halloween

Join us Friday, October 11 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM for a night of fun and games. We take the kids while you enjoy an evening at the theater, a romantic dinner, time with friends or quiet time with your partner. We will be playing spooky games, making crafts, having pizza, and watching a fun movie. The cost is $35 per child or $45 for 2 children of members. There is an additional $5 charge for non members. Registration ends Wednesday, October 9. This is for children ages 3-8 years old.
