Looking to get stronger for basketball this season? Ethan is teaching strength training for young athletes ages 13-18 years old.

Calling all kids ages 5-10! Join us on Friday, November 24 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM for a fun day of swimming, pizza, and a movie. We take the kids while you enjoy an afternoon of holiday shopping, a romantic lunch, time with friends, or quiet time with your partner. $35 per child or $45 for 2 children for members. Non-members are welcome for $5 more. Registration ends by Wednesday, November 22.

Join us for boxing small group training sessions! Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00 AM or Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 AM. The cost is $256 for 8 classes (2x per week).

Starting in January, join us for an 8-week strength training program made for members 50+. Take 1-2 classes per week on the turf – classes are available on Wednesdays at 7:15 AM and 5:00 PM or Saturdays at 8:00 AM.
