Member of the Month at FFC

Meet our Member of the Month, David Kraft! See the Q&A to learn more about David’s FFC Story:

  1. What does membership at FFC mean to you?

I came to FFC for the group and spin classes, and that was one of the best decisions I have made! Every teacher has been excellent, and the classes are challenging. Because of them, I have accomplished my fitness goals!

  1. When I am at FFC you will find me…

I usually take Spin or Endura94/AMRAP classes. I have also tried Yoga and Pilates.  I love to be at FFC early!

  1. I work out to…

I work out to stay healthy, feel good, and expand my abilities.

David shared with us about how FFC guided him in his fitness journey:

I weighed 325 pounds when I had an accident where I shattered my Tibia and Fibula in my right leg. After I healed enough to walk without assistance, I came to FFC to continue my weight loss and strengthening journey. To date, I have lost 140 pounds, I am no longer pre-diabetic, and I am off of blood pressure medication. The group instructors at FFC were an essential part of my success. They pushed me to my limits, offered support and guidance, and kept me on track every step of the way. Coming to FFC was the best decision I have made.

Meet our Member of the Month, John Bitoy! See the Q&A to learn more about John’s FFC Story:

  1. What does membership at FFC mean to you?

FFC has been an intricate part of my health and wellbeing plan for over 10 years. Having this type of fitness club within my community has been instrumental for not just building health and mental well being, but also social relationships. This is a big part of my lifestyle and I am honored to be part of the community.

  1. When I am at FFC you will find me…

Sometimes I am taking a swim or enjoying the steam room. Often, you can call me a yogi attending yoga and spin classes. Mostly, you can catch me just chatting at the juice bar meeting fellow FFC goers.

  1. I work out to…

Maintain my health and create a well balanced lifestyle.
