FFC is a great member of the Oak Park community. It’s convenient (close to where I live), well maintained/clean, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Compete with myself. Be able to do whatever I want to do when I’m 80+. Set a good example for my teenage kids (and make them roll their eyes at my cringe Instagram workout content).
Parents’ Night Out: Shopping Edition
Join us for Parents’ Night Out: Shopping Edition at the FFC Kids’ Club on Friday, November 28 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM! This event is open to children ages 3 months – 12 years. Kids will enjoy fun games and pizza while parents get time to shop. Pizza, chips, and juice boxes are included.
Cost: $35 per child / $45 for two children for FFC members. Non-members are welcome for an additional $5 per child. Registration is required by Tuesday, November 25. Contact Marianne at mfrianeza@ffc.com to register.

Membership at FFC to me means Fitness, Friends, and Community. Joining the gym was something I did as a way to better my health. However, I did not expect to meet so many people that would become friends, but also give me a better sense of the local community. I did not realize how much of a third community I was missing and was able to find by joining FFC. Besides helping me better my health, it has helped make Oak Park/River Forest feel more like home since moving here in 2024.
You can find me dancing at Werq and Zumba, splashing in AquaFit, or sweating it out in Endura!
I workout to better my health so I can continue eating delicious desserts!
