Sound Bath Meditation
Join us on Saturday, January 10 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM for a Healing Sound Bath and Guided Meditation with Greg Archer. Sound and meditation can help clear energy blocks and allow you to release what your body no longer needs. Sound baths can restore harmony and peace in the body. Bring your favorite pillow and/or blankets or other props. Payment must be made with registration or your spot will be cancelled. $20 for members and $30 for non-members. Invite your friends! This class is meditative in nature, so please be on time to ensure an uninterrupted experience for all participants.

Parent’s Night Out: Snowman Winter Party
Join us on Friday, January 30 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at the FFC Kids Club for the Snowman Winter Party! Designed for kids ages 3 months to 12 years, this event includes fun games, pizza, chips, and juice boxes. Registration is required by Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Pricing: $35 per child/$45 for two for FFC members; non-members are welcome for $5 more per child.

Volleyball League 2026
Registration is now open for FFC’s Volleyball League! Get your team together and sign up today. Don’t have a team? Register as a small group or individual, and we’ll place you with other free agents. Open Play and Registration will be Monday, January 12 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM ($10 for non-members). League play runs Mondays, January 19 – February 23, 6:00 – 9:00 PM, with the Championship Game on Monday, March 2, where the winning team earns a $50 gift card. Team payment info: $600 per team for members (6–8 players), $720 per team for non-members (6–8 players), $85 individual member, $115 individual non-member.

Parent’s Shopping Day Out
Please join us for Parents’ Shopping Day Out on Saturday, December 13, from 1:00 – 4:00 PM, available for kids ages 3 months to 12 years! Pizza, chips, and juice boxes are included.
