Member of the Month at FFC

Meet our Member of the Month, Marcus Redmond! See the Q&A to learn more about Marcus’s FFC Story:

  1. What does membership at FFC mean to you?
Being a member of FFC is special to me because I’ll always know this gym to be the first step in me taking back my life and also learning the importance of discipline.
  1. When I am at FFC you will find me…

On floor 2M using the elliptical machine and some of the other strength machines down on floor 2. Oh yeah, sometimes I’m using also stair master or treadmill on floor 2.

  1. I work out to…

Watch crime shows like Chicago PD and Law & Order during cardio – it makes the time fly! What got me started? I was tired of feeling sorry for myself. I started at 346 and am now down to 306. It’s never too late to begin. Focus on your own journey, be kind to yourself, and celebrate the small wins.
