Party noise makers and confetti

Help us celebrate 29 years of serving the Gold Coast community on Thursday, August 24 from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM! We will have a DJ along with light-passed hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Proceeds from the bar will benefit PAWS. RSVP is required using the Club Events section of our FFC+ app, and each member can bring one non-member guest.

Dog Yoga at FFC Chicago

In the lead-up to our anniversary party supporting PAWS, we are creating a member board to showcase all members’ furry beasts throughout August. Email your favorite photo of your dog to Nicole at NCobb@ffc.com and get entered into a prize drawing. Five lucky members will be picked at noon on the day of our member party to win a cool prize!

All photos will be posted on our HUGE DOG BOARD by the front desk – photos accepted starting now!

3 Friends Stretching On The Turf

The simple act of stretching before and after your workout, or when you’re stressed and tense, can help prevent injury, ease soreness, and relax your muscles.

But how do you do it correctly, and safely?

FFC’s stretch-certified trainers are here to help! They have all undergone rigorous continuing education and are certified to assist you with your mobility, flexibility, and range of motion so you can feel better, move more and perform at your best!

Get a complimentary session here through July 31 (not available at FFC West Loop or FFC Union Station): https://ffc.com/stretch/
