Pickleball paddles and balls

Come learn the latest craze and join the fun. Pickleball has hit Gold Coast and will want to be part of the fun and competition. To start contact Greg Borzo at GBorzo@ffc.com our resident Pickleball Coach and will get you started with some beginner group lessons. Already know how to play? Then check out the FFC App for Open Pickleball Play and come join right in.

FFC Gold Coast Rooftop Turf and Sun Tanning Area

Soak in the Vitamin D and take your workout to the roof. We have small equipment available along with a turfed area and spin bikes. Keep an eye out for the start of our group classes that will be starting when we have consistent warm weather.

DASH, Developing Active Senior Health, is a special FFC community, designed for people who want to stay active, fit, healthy and social, all the days of their life. We have a great lineup of classes and events for May, and we hope to see you there!

  • DASH Fitness: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 AM
  • Foundations Yoga: Every Wednesday at 9 AM
  • Intro to Weights: Every Friday at 11 AM
  • Aqua Workouts: Monday – Friday at 10 AM; Saturdays at 11 AM (No class on Sundays)

Albert Einstein describes insanity as doing the same, expecting different results. Ready to do something different with your workouts? Add our newest HIIT style class being taught by Stephanie Simon. Her bootcamp will meet on the turf every Tuesday morning at 6:15 am. Workouts begin in April. First 2 workouts are complimentary.
