A donation box

We’re proud to partner with Operation Basketball, an organization dedicated to mentoring and supporting young people across Chicago through sports, education, and life skills programming. This summer, we’re collecting gently used clothing, shoes, hats, deodorants, sunscreen and more to help local youth step into the season with confidence. Every donation goes directly toward supporting kids in underserved communities.

Drop off your items at the club and be part of something bigger than the workout.

Give your body the reset it’s been asking for. Our massage services go beyond relaxation, helping to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and restore balance so you can feel your best every day. From focused recovery sessions to full-body relaxation, each experience is designed around what your body needs most. You walk in carrying the stress, and you leave feeling lighter, looser, and re-energized.

Make recovery part of your routine and reserve your next session in the FFC App or online at ffc.com/spa/.

Someone cleaning gym equipment

Spring cleaning starts in the gym. Small actions make a big difference. Here’s how you can help:

  • Use a towel during your workout
  • Manage sweat and wipe down equipment
  • Leave no clutter behind

Together, we’re building a stronger community one habit at a time.
