In honor of World Mental Health Day on October 10, we’ve put together a special lineup of group fitness classes throughout the month designed to nourish your mind and body. Learn how to calm your brain and body with simple meditation techniques and experience an increase in self-awareness, clarity, and creativity. Join us in honoring World Mental Health Day to acknowledge the importance of prioritizing mental well-being every day to lead a healthier, more balanced life. East Lakeview:

  • Restorative Yoga – Mondays at 7:15 PM
  • Candlelight Yoga – Wednesdays at 7:15 PM

Elmhurst:

  • Restorative Yoga, Guided Meditation, and Sound Bath – October 10 from 7:00 – 8:30 PM

Gold Coast:

  • Sound Mind / Body Flow – Thursdays from 6:45 – 7:45 PM

Lincoln Park:

  • Unplug – Saturday, October 14 from 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Oak Park:

  • Unplug – Fridays from 6:15 – 6:30 PM (after restorative yoga)
  • Unplug – Sundays from 11 – 11:15 AM (after restorative yoga)

Old Town:

  • Unplug – Saturday, October 14 from 12:30 – 1:00 PM

Park Ridge:

  • Sound Bath – Tuesday, October 10 from 12:00 -1:00 PM

South Loop:

West Loop:

In celebration of our 40th anniversary, we have put together a great lineup of anniversary-themed group fitness classes. 40STRONG is a 40-minute total body workout you won’t want to miss! In this class, you will perform 40 exercises for one minute each in succession with no breaks! Reserve your spot in the FFC+ app – See you in class!

Dog Yoga at FFC Chicago

Mark your calendar for a special occasion – the final Doggie Yoga class of the season is happening at Washington Square Park (conveniently located across from the Newberry Library) on September 14, from 6:00 – 7:00 PM.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil park ambiance where you and your furry companion can strengthen your connection. Remember to bring your yoga mat as mats are not provided for this event.

Pilates In The Park at Washington Square Park

Experience the perfect fusion of exercise and nature with our upcoming “Pilates in the Park” series in Washington Square Park. Classes take place from 6:00 – 7:00 pm on the following dates:

  • September 12
  • September 19
  • September 26

Led by our accomplished trainer, Natasha Tsousouris, this outdoor experience invites you to stretch, strengthen and find balance while connecting with the serene environment. These complimentary sessions are available for all fitness levels for FFC members and non-members. Remember to bring your own mat and water bottle.
