This November, join us in making a difference in our community with our annual Food Drive. Drop off your non-perishable food items at the club, and we’ll ensure they get to local food pantries. Together, we can make this holiday season a little brighter for everyone.

Preview our newest Group Fitness format, Progression Obsession! This total body interval class includes upper body strength, core, and ‘PRO’gressions of lower body conditioning for an intense workout. Class takes you through three, 9-minute blocks followed by a high-intensity finisher and an abdominal/low back section! Get ready to experience your new Obsession on Sunday, November 26 at 9:45 AM.

Ready to bring some punch to your fitness routine? Join Marco for small group boxing classes where you’ll learn proper technique and form, all while engaging in a high-energy, cardio-intensive workout. Marco’s expertise and motivational style make every class an exciting challenge. Don’t miss this chance to step into the ring and elevate your fitness game. Classes are offered Tuesdays at 6:00 PM (Females) and Thursdays at 6:00 PM (Males).

Jeremy’s keen focus on proper form and his encouraging demeanor make this a can’t-miss class for anyone looking to push their limits. Classes are offered on Wednesdays at 5:00 PM.
