If you want ongoing appointments, purchase a package and schedule them to fit your needs.
– Grocery Store Tours: Take your Registered Dietitian grocery shopping at a nearby grocery store! This one-on-one tour is a hands-on education experience that will teach you how to shop, what to choose, and answer all your questions as you browse the store.
– Virtual Pantry Makeover: This 60-minute consultation will focus specifically on your kitchen. Bring videos and/or pictures of your current kitchen, and your Registered Dietitian will help you decide what to keep, what to toss, and how to fill your kitchen to fit your goals.
