Cardio Coach V02 Metabolic Efficiency™ Test Evaluate your fat vs. carb metabolism at “race pace” intensities for long distance running/triathlon training and racing. Metabolic Efficiency™ is an endurance-focused test for runners and triathletes to identify your “metabolic efficiency point” for maximizing fat metabolism and performance for long distance training and racing. This test is 120mins in length includes an RMR test and 45+ mins of running or cycling at submaximal effort (up to 80-90% of Max HR). Includes a Triathlon, Cycling, or Running specific training consult. It is suggested to have completed a VO2 max test as a prerequisite baseline before scheduling your Metabolic Efficiency™ Test.
