Heated Vinyasa Yoga
Starts Saturday. April 1 from 9-10 AM with Olivia Corcoran

Heated Vinyasa Flow is practiced in a studio heated to 94 degrees and utilizes the postures in a flowing manner, connecting each posture with a breath. This class is appropriate for all levels.

He is also very passionate about fitness because he has reached his goals by working out and found passion in the gym.

Fundamentals of Barbell Squats BEGINNER LEVEL
Does the barbell and squat rack make you nervous? Did you know squatting is a full-body engagement? In this class you will learn:

  • The basics of the squat rack and how to adjust it to your needs
  • Form correction and how to properly engage to protect your body from injury
  • How to trust your body under load and gain confidence in your ability to safely lift heavy

This will be a 4-week course in which you will be required to attend each course to gain maximal benefits. The cost will be $128 for 4 sessions.

High-Intensity Interval Training Strength Class
Are you looking to become stronger while shedding fat? In this Strength/HIIT Hybrid class, you will:

  • Increase your VO2 Max
  • Focus on form and reps at a higher intensity and weight, instead of time
  • Build Muscle while shedding fat

We will be hosting multiple formats of this class for you to enjoy either a full-body workout OR a more targeted approach!

A-La-Carte Sessions: $35/ session
1 x per week: $128/ month ($12 savings)
2x per week: $256/ month ($24 savings)

Over the summer, FFC began a partnership with Grit Endurance to offer swim lessons at the club. FFC Member Nisha Harish recently shared her experience in the swim program with us:

“I’ve found the swim workouts with Jim Levesque of Grit Endurance to be precisely what I’ve been looking for. Although swimming in a group can be quite intimidating, the swim workouts at Union Station are fun, interactive and very structured, which is exactly what I was looking for. I especially like the fact that the focus is on technique, so that there is plenty of scope for improvement, whether you’re a newbie swimmer (like me!) or a seasoned athlete. Whether you’re looking to swim only in the pool, swim in open water or compete in a triathlon, Grit Endurance caters for every type of swimmer and makes these goals very accessible for FFC members and non-members alike.”

Pickleball paddles and balls

Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis, and is not only fun to play but also a great workout. It’s played with a paddle, which is smaller than a tennis racquet but larger than a ping-pong paddle. The Pickleball is unique, with holes through it like a wiffle ball. It is played on a badminton-size court and all equipment is provided by FFC and laid out for you to use.

Bring your friends in for a fun game of pickleball during our Open Play Pickleball hours – Monday – Friday from 9 – 11 AM Tuesdays from 7 PM – 8:30 PM and Saturday mornings from 8 AM – 10 AM on the basketball court.
