Step Challenge with Kari!
Take your Step class to the next level and challenge yourself with the Step Challenge with Kari on Monday, October 21 from 9:00 – 9:45 AM! This format increases the intensity and cardio burn for a more advanced workout.

Join us at our Spooky Halloween at the FFC Kids Club!
Join us for a fun filled spooky Halloween complete with a masquerade ball, theme mask and big fancy hair on October 25 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM! Pizza, Chips and Juice Boxes Included!
Registration REQUIRED by October 22, 2024. $35 per child/$45 for two for FFC members. Non-Members are always welcome for $5 more for each child!

Parent’s Day Out: Sports Day
Join us for Parents Day Out, Sports Day Full of Sports! Play your way to victory! Enjoy a day out while your kids ages 5 – 12 years old enjoy the sports party with pizza, chips, and juice boxes. Please let us know your favorite sport to play and we will set up a team and enjoy a game of two or three! The event is on Sunday, September 15 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM. The cost is $35 per child and $45 for two children. There is an additional $5 charge for non-members.
