Group Fitness Dance

Dance the Night Away
Join Jessica and Rachael on Thursday, August 3 for an evening of dance fitness. The evening starts in the Group Fitness Studio with Zumba at 6:00 PM and continues with IGNITE Dancefit at 7:00 PM. IGNITE Dancefit is a music-driven group exercise class where you can dance Latin, hip-hop, African, bhangra, pop, rock, and Bollywood along with boxing, aerobics, HIIT, and more.

National Relaxation Day
Join Emily on Tuesday, August 15 for a Restorative Yoga class followed by a sound bath and meditation in the Mind Body Studio from 7:00 – 8:30 PM in commemoration of National Relaxation Day.

Join us Saturday, August 19 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM for a night of fun and games. We take the kids while you enjoy an evening at the theater, a romantic dinner, time with friends, or quiet time with your partner. We will be playing games in the gym and watching a fun movie in the Kids Club.

Bring the family for an afternoon of fun, food, and yoga at the outdoor pool on Sunday, August 20 from 12:00 – 4:00 PM. Join in a family yoga class on the pool deck with Teresa from 12:00 – 12:45 PM, then spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool.

Dog Yoga at FFC Chicago

Attention dog owners! Walk your dog over to the outdoor plaza on Saturday, August 26 from 8:30 AM – 9:15 AM for a special treat in celebration of National Dog Day! The first 50 dogs will receive a Puppuccino.

Are you a runner? Or not a runner at all and want to get into running? FFC Runs Elmhurst is an 18-week running program designed for individuals training for a 5k, half marathon, or marathon. This running group will meet 3x a week to run together, and a strength training program will be included as well. Enjoy running with a community and get the essential strength training needed to be injury free! 

The program meets Tuesdays at 5:00 PM, Wednesdays at 6:00 AM, and Sundays at 7:00 AM. Contact Ashley Buado abuado@ffc.com for more information and to register.
