Sporty friends doing squat endurance in a gym together.

Grow your glutes and your friend group with beginner-friendly Booty Bootcamp! The bootcamp will be on Saturdays at 10:00 AM in the first floor fitness area. This small group training will utilize circuit style training to help you gain strength, increase your aerobic baseline, build better habits, and receive support in proper form. On top of all of the benefits, you will meet your new fitness friend! The cost is $128 per month for the once a week training sessions.

Glasses of prosecco

Come for a great Pilates workout, utilizing a variety of fun apparatuses, and stay for a glass of bubbly and meet your new Pilates friend! Pilates and Prosecco will be offered the second Saturday of each month, through June (May 10, June 14) at 1:00 PM in the Second Floor Pilates Studio.

Bring a friend to class with you at no charge. Sign up via the FFC+ App. If you cannot attend, please cancel within 24 hours to avoid a charge. Email Joy at jmiles@ffc.com for more information.

Senior bootcamp

Join our FFC Senior Class on Tuesday, May 20 at 11:00 AM in the first floor training area with Coach Kobi. This monthly small group training session is geared towards our active aging community. Build community and learn to use our fitness equipment with confidence and ease.  FFC Seniors will provide a fun total body workout, focusing on mobility, core, and total body strength.

Have you ever been curious about the apparatus in the Pilates Studio? Join us for Pilates Reformer 101 on Tuesday, May 13 at 5:00 PM. The Reformer along with other pieces of apparatus in the studio is here to help assist you to:

  • Enjoy better control of your body 
  • Help you to move more freely and efficiently 
  • Increase your range of motion 
  • Improve your posture

This class is geared strictly for beginners, brand new to the fun world of Pilates.

We’ll cover proper technique for key lifts, build confidence under the bar, and set you up for safe, effective strength training. Perfect for beginners—no experience needed!
