After a wildly successful inaugural year, the JDRF Real Estate Games are back! The Chicago Games will bring together more than 100 of the city’s top brokers, developers and property managers to compete in a series of sporting events at one of Chicago’s finest gyms, FFC Union Station.

Take your training to the next level by incorporating HIIT through boxing technique and drills! Create the ultimate calorie burn while learning a new skill. These high-energy small group training classes will be held at the following days/times:

  • Mondays 6 PM
  • Tuesdays Noon
  • Wednesdays 6 PM
  • Friday 7 AM AND noon

Cierra has recently moved from Huntington Beach, California to join our team here at FFC Union Station. Cierra is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and comes to us with 2 years of training experience under her belt. In her time as a trainer, Cierra has worked with people of all abilities, ranging from athletes to youth to general fitness to weight loss. Next time you see Cierra, say hello!

We are excited to announce we will be starting our next phase of upgrades to FFC Union Station on Monday, April 8. This phase will consist of some of the following projects:

  • Adding brand new wood flooring under the cardio machines
  • Adding a new stretching area adjacent to the turf.
