Beast Before The Feast

Signature Classes offered at FFC

Join us at FFC Lincoln Park on Friday, November 21, at 5:30 PM, for “Beast Before the Feast.” This is a special FFC Signature Formula 94 Class Team Teach with FFC powerhouse instructors: Lois Miller, Director of Group Fitness, and Mari Cervantes, Exclusive Group Fitness Instructor. This 45-minute high-intensity class takes place in a studio heated to 94 degrees with 40% humidity, designed to push your limits, elevate your endurance, and make you sweat. Expect heart-pumping cardio, light weights, nonstop movement, and motivating beats that will keep you going from start to finish.

Stick around after class for refreshments, giveaways, and a chance to connect with local vendors and partners such as Prepped n’ Plated, Oasis Face Bar, and more!
