This educational tabling event is designed to help members understand the importance of proper form in resistance training — specifically targeting common alignment issues in the lower back, shoulders, and knees. FFC Trainer, Nicholas Motyka, will be offering on-the-spot corrective feedback, movement assessments, and a live demo of a thoracic spine stretch and wall slide corrective exercise. This will begin starting on July 1 every Monday – Saturday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM.
