Urban Athlete Training Series
Train like an athlete with our new Urban Athlete Training Series led by Ben and the Fitness Team. This progressive program is designed to teach members how to train for performance, strength, and competition. The Tuesday sessions in June, held from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM, will focus on skill development, strength training, conditioning, and movement preparation. The first month introduces a beginner-focused foundation series, followed by the launch of intermediate and advanced levels to continue building performance.
Participants can then put their training into action during Saturday competitions in June from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM, structured similarly to a league format. Members will purchase access to compete weekly, track performance, and progress through levels. This format creates accountability, community, and a fun competitive training environment.
