Celebrate Mother’s Day with a special group fitness class on Saturday, May 9 at 11:00 AM with Ben! Bring your mom in for a complimentary workout—open to non-members as well. The workout format is TBD, but all are welcome to join the fun and move together.

Residential Building Offer Group Fitness Class at FFC

Join us on Wednesday, April 22, at 5:15 PM for an Urban Athlete takeover in celebration of Earth Day. Members are encouraged to wear green, and all attendees will receive a complimentary seed packet after class. Register in the FFC+ app.
