  • Bring in a donation for the Lakeview Food Pantry
  • Take a socially-distanced selfie with a trainer and post it to social with the same hashtags mentioned above.
FFC Old Town Krav Maga Studio

Interested in Krav Maga but assume it is only for the young? Look no further, Krav Academy is launching a senior program in February 2021. Krav Maga is a problem solving system, the problem being those who would do us harm, and the solution is to neutralize the threat and go home safe. Learn real world self defense skills, get fit, and feel confident at any age.  Students will learn to understand compliance vs. confrontation, enhance awareness, and de-escalate and disengage when possible. Classes will take place in the late mornings starting in February.

Contact Jeff Horvitz at jhorvitz@ameritech.net or 312-474-0210 for more information and upcoming class times.

FFC Old Town Krav Maga Studio

In this workshop, you will learn how to use the effective defense system of Krav Maga to defend yourself and loved ones to ensure you always get home safe. Krav Maga is not dependent on physical ability, size, or condition, but rather response, aggression, and control. Join us! Class is limited to 10 spots. Register today with Jeff at at jhorvitz@ameritech.net or 312-474-0210.
