Party Hearty Day at FFC Kids Club
Join us on Friday, March 28 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM for fun games, arts, crafts, and pizza at the FFC Kids Club! Pizza, Chips, and Juice Boxes Included. This event is for ages 3 months – 12 years old. The cost is $35 per child of members and $45 for two members. Non-members are welcome for $5 more for each child. Registration is REQUIRED by Tuesday, March 25.

Sound Bath Meditation with Greg Archer
Join us on March 8 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM for a Healing Sound Bath and Guided Meditation. Sound and meditation can help clear energy blocks and allow you to release and let go things your body no longer needs. Sound baths restore harmony and peace in the body. Bring your favorite pillow and/or blankets or other props. Payment must be made with registration or registration will be cancelled. Invite your friends!
This class is of a meditative nature. Please be on time to assure that our members participating have an uninterrupted experience.

Kids Swim Program
This program is designed to teach kids how to swim and feel safe and confident in the water. With a focus on fun, safety, and skill development, our classes help children of all ages become strong, capable swimmers. From water safety basics to advanced techniques, we use positive reinforcement and playful activities to ensure every child loves learning to swim.
Toddler (4x/month): Members: $99 | Non-Members: $119
Intermediate/Advanced (4x/week): Members: $149 | Non-members: $179

Adult Swim Lessons
Swimming is a life skill that anyone can master, no matter your age or skill level. Our adult swim classes offer a supportive and personalized environment where you can build confidence in the water, improve your technique, and get in shape all while having fun. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your strokes, our experienced instructors will help you achieve your goals at your own pace.
Join us on Sundays from 8:00 – 8:30 AM and Mondays from 7:00 – 7:30 AM. For one session per month the cost is $99 member and $199 for non-members.
