Then FFC Elmhurst’s new and improved 6 week nutrition boot camp is for you!
What you’ll get: weekly 1-hour in person group sessions with our registered dietitian; a closed facebook group; access to the dietitian via email throughout the week; meal plans, recipes and more.

June Kids Community Crafting at FFC Elmhurst

Complimentary Specialty Group Fitness Classes In June!
Join us in June for two unique and complimentary group fitness classes!
Summer Solstice Yoga will be held on Tuesday, June 21 at 6:00 AM with Cassie and 7:00 PM with Paula on the outdoor turf.
Zumba, Werq, and Wine will be held on Friday, June 24 at 6:30 PM in the Group Fitness Studio.
