May’s Message from General Manager Jeff Long

May 18 marks FFC Oak Park’s six-year anniversary. I want to thank you all for a great six years, and many of you have been with us since the very beginning. We are truly honored to be your Oak Park health Club!

If you haven’t noticed yet, we found a new place to install a heavy bag. It is located at the northeast corner of the basketball court. Although it will not always be available for use because of basketball, we felt that having the heavy bag available sometimes is better than not having it all. When using is, please make sure to wear gloves.

As springtime continues in Chicago, we encourage you to continue your fitness routine and come into the Club to take advantage of all our exceptional health and fitness programming. Our team at FFC is always here to help you.
