Find Body 360 Wednesdays at 11:45am at FFC East Lakeview; noon and 5:45pm at FFC Gold Coast; and Fridays at 11am at FFC West Loop. More offerings will be scheduled in June.

Chicago-based Fitness Formula Clubs Partners with Bright Pink and Fitness Expert Andrea Metcalf for 2012 Marathon Training!
CHICAGO (January 2012) – Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC or ffc.com) has partnered with Bright Pink as their exclusive training partner for the 2012 Bank of America Chicago Marathon! Joining FFC and Bright Pink is nationally recognized fitness expert, Andrea Metcalf, who will participate in FFC’s four-month marathon training program and run as part of the Bright Pink team.
This is the second year FFC and Bright Pink have partnered for the Chicago Marathon, which takes place on Sunday, October 7, 2012. This will be Metcalf’s first year partnering with the two and will be the first marathon that she will run.

Ana visited the CompuTrainer Studio, the Pool, the Fitness Floor and even the Spa to bring viewers the full experience of what an Indoor Triathlon, and FFC, have to offer.
