SealFIT Conditioning Class

This pool deck class on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 AM: Sealfit Conditioning, features compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups for a full-body challenge. In just 45 minutes (including a 15-minute warm-up and cool-down), you’ll test your endurance and strength with dynamic intervals in and out of the water. Get ready to make a splash and feel the burn! No Swim Experience Necessary, but swimsuit required!
