Faction Schedule Change

Faction classes are HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts in a group setting; for one hour we move through movements focused on strength, core, functionality, and metabolic conditioning. Wednesday night’s class at 7:00 PM is a great way to get over the hump and cruise on to finish your week.
