Murph Challenge Week + Team Workout

Join our trainers and FFC staff for Murph Challenge Week! This fun and challenging workout tests your endurance and strength with:

  • 1-mile run
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 200 push-ups
  • 300 air squats
  • 1-mile run

This is a speed challenge, but completion is always the goal. Can’t make the team workout on Friday, May 22?
