Whether you’re looking to stay fit, gain strength, or simply enjoy the company of like-minded individuals, D.A.S.H. has something special to offer:

    • DASH Fitness: Kickstart your Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM with energizing workouts that blend fun and fitness in perfect harmony.
    • Foundations Yoga: Every Wednesday at 9:00 AM, join us for yoga sessions that strengthen your body and calm your mind, designed to enhance your wellness
    • Intro to Weights: Gain strength and confidence in handling weights every Friday at 11:00 AM. This beginner-friendly class is your gateway to feeling empowered in the gym.
    • Aqua Workouts: Dive into our Aqua Workouts Monday through Saturday at 10:00 AM.
