Classical Pilates Formula

Classical Pilates Formula at FFC is a 450-hour comprehensive Pilates training apprenticeship diploma program that will give you a solid education in Pilates and all of the tools to be a great instructor.

In addition to a thorough instruction of beginner through advanced levels of Pilates exercises, our program highlights anatomy, teaching/cueing techniques, instructions for all levels of clients as well as special-case clients (including pregnancy, obesity, etc.), and a business plan to ensure a successful career as a Pilates professional.

Throughout the program, you will be evaluated on your understanding of the material with written and practical examinations and physical performance of the exercises.

The Comprehensive Pilates training program is $3000 and includes all training seminars, 3 exams, training manual, 3 50-minute private sessions, 4 group apparatus sessions and the ability to utilize FFC facilities to gain apprenticeship hours. (Apprentices must complete 450 hours of class time, self-practice, observation and teaching practice).

Pilates Mat Program

Virtual

The Pilates Mat training program is $350 and in this course you will learn all 37 Pilates Mat exercises and how to teach to a multi-level group class. Be a skilled, creative and confident instructor who can keep your classes engaged and coming back for more!

This is the perfect preparation for our Comprehensive Pilates Training Program!

Learn all 37 Pilates Mat exercises from beginner to advanced with the Classical Pilates repertoire and orders, plus learn how and when to use modifications and variations in your classes. Plus, you’ll utilize small props like Magic Circle, small ball and light weights.

In addition to a thorough instruction of the Pilates exercises, our program highlights anatomy, teaching/cueing techniques, instructions for special case clients (i.e. obesity, pregnancy, back problem, neck, knee, shoulder, etc.), and a Pilates business plan to ensure a successful career as a Pilates professional!

At the completion of the program, you will be evaluated on your understanding of the material by written and practical examination.

The Pilates Mat training program is $350 and covers the full classical repertoire of 37 Mat exercises for beginner through advanced levels. Instruction covers teaching techniques, cueing and other specifics for Mat Pilates instruction.

Fee includes all training seminars, final exam, manuals and the ability to utilize FFC facilities to gain apprentice hours. (Apprentices must complete 35 hours of class time, self-practice, observation and teaching practice).
