The FFC Runs Elmhurst Training Program Is Here!

Are you a runner? Or not a runner at all and want to get into running? FFC Runs Elmhurst is an 18-week running program designed for individuals training for a 5k, half marathon, or marathon. This running group will meet 3x a week to run together, and a strength training program will be included as well. Enjoy running with a community and get the essential strength training needed to be injury free! 

The program meets Tuesdays at 5:00 PM, Wednesdays at 6:00 AM, and Sundays at 7:00 AM. Contact Ashley Buado for more information and to register.
