250 Rep Challenge

In celebration of America’s 250th Birthday, participate in our 250 repetition challenge. Complete the 250 repetitions within 10 minutes to earn an exclusive t-shirt. All participants will be entered into a raffle for a 60-minute massage.

  • For men, the challenge is 20 jumping jacks, 100 squats, 60 push-ups, 20 burpees, and 50 sit-ups. 
  • For women, the challenge is 50 jumping jacks, 90 squats, 40 push-ups, 20 burpees, and 50 sit-ups.
