Feb 1 – 7 is SUPER WEEK at FFC!

  • THANK YOU to our Super Members for your Super Support during this time – we appreciate you!
  • During the month of February, all of our club locations will be hosting a “Soup”-er Bowl Food Drive, benefiting Chicago’s local neighborhood food pantries. To participate, please bring your unopened, non-perishable items to the drop-off bin in the lobby of your club. Thank you for your support!
  • Our clubs will also host some friendly fitness competitions with Super Bowl Squares. Stop by the Fitness Desk at your club for more info!

Let’s face it – 2020 was not ideal for many hoping to create healthier habits. Start 2021 on the right foot with our 6-week virtual nutrition group program aimed at clearing up nutrition misinformation and helping you lead a healthier, better life. No diet plans! No crazy supplements! This program will equip you with the nutrition knowledge you need to make healthier habits stick in 2021 and beyond!

What you get: a weekly 1-hour virtual small group session with an FFC Registered Dietitian; access to a closed Facebook group for check ins and accountability throughout the week; a 30-minute 1-on-1 session with a dietitian; meal plans, recipes, and more!

What we’ll cover:

  • A virtual grocery store tour 
  • Nutrition basics for every day success
  • How to fuel for fitness 
  • Fad diets and why they don’t work
  • Meal prep/planning tips and tricks
  • Mindful eating strategies and tips

Cost : $250 per person ($725 value)

Join Pilates trainer Lisa Leverett on the 2nd floor turf on Tuesday mornings from 6:15 – 6:45 AM and take part in a killer core workout using pilates apparatus machines!

Pilates reformers at FFC Gold Coast.

Pilates reformer training is a phenomenal workout for your body’s “powerhouse,” or your abs, lower back, hips and glutes. It is heavily focused on alignment and accurate muscle engagement, which can lead to improved posture, better balance and more stability, especially when in motion! Come for your free introduction class on Mondays from 4:30 – 5:15 PM located on the 2nd floor by the fitness desk area with Lisa!
