Runner’s Strength and Core Club 2.0
Join this 6 week program featuring a weekly 60 minute training class built specifically for runners. Target the muscles that support your stride: glutes, core, hips and hamstrings with functional strength work and mobility to help you run faster, longer and pain free! All levels are welcome!
Cost is $44/session or $136/month for 4 sessions.
