New Registered Dietician at FFC West Loop

Hi everyone! My name is Leah. I have been working at FFC Park Ridge as a registered dietitian for 8 months and am now helping at our West Loop location on Thursdays and Elmhurst location on Mondays. A little about myself; in school, I double majored earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as Spanish Studies. I also have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. I have always been an athlete and played competitive soccer in college so I love to talk about how to use food to fuel and recover your body. I also help a lot of clients who are seeking weight loss or body recomposition and their stories have taught me the invaluable outcome of confidence that people get when they eat well and exercise regularly. I have a habit-centered approach to nutrition counseling, meaning I work with clients on building small, attainable habits to achieve large, sustainable health outcomes.
