Women’s Weightlifting Transformation!
Women’s Weightlifting Transformation at FFC is a focused, three-month program designed to help women build strength, increase muscle mass, and transform their body composition through safe and efficient weightlifting. Held on the gym floor, this small group class meets twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays at 7:00 AM, running from September through November. The program is divided into three phases: September focuses on weightlifting form and fundamentals, October emphasizes muscle building and hypertrophy, and November targets strength and conditioning with interval training. Participants commit to twice-weekly sessions for three months, with InBody measurements taken monthly to track progress. The group size is limited to 6-8 women, and the cost is $272 per month. A free trial run is offered on Thursdays at 7:00 AM in August for those interested in getting a feel for the program.
