Kettlebells & Koffee
Start your Saturdays strong—with swings, squats, and sips! Join us on June 14, 21, and 28 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM for Kettlebells & Koffee, a three-part series designed for all levels. You’ll learn and refine your kettlebell technique in a relaxed, small-group setting on the turf.
Each session focuses on a different skill:
- June 14 – Master the Kettlebell Swing
- June 21 – Clean to Press + Rack Squat
- June 28 – Snatch Technique
