FFC On Demand Exclusive Class Schedule
Our schedule of live streaming classes on FFC On Demand is as follows. Please note that you will need to pre-register for these classes – instructions are listed below the schedule:
10:30 AM: Formula 94 with Lois Miller
4:00 PM: Motiv8 with Lara Mele
1:30 PM: Loaded with Lois Miller
4:00 PM: Modern Mat with David Bohn
10:30 AM: Yoga For Athletes with Tom Roth
4:00 PM: Chisel with Lois Miller
7:30 AM: Amp’d UP and FitCore with Lois Miller
4:00 PM: Loaded with Dominick DeFranco
10:30 AM: Triple Threat with Lara Mele
Here are the steps to register for a live streaming class:
- Open the FFC On Demand app
- Click the Live Events tile
- Click the Available Events tile
- Click Register for the class you want to attend!
- You’ll then receive an email and a calendar invite for your class time
- At the time of the class:
- Click the Live Events tile
- Click the Schedule Events tile
- Select Join Class, and you’re in!
- You MUST pre-register for a live streaming class you want to attend
- Our app is also web-based, so to view the class on a larger screen, like a computer monitor, simply go to https://access.ffcondemand.com/, and enter your username and password, and you’ll have the same access online as you do on the app!
- Once the class has started, if you HAVE NOT registered, you can’t enter the class
- The good news? All classes are saved and available in the On Demand library shortly after they are completed.

#312: This intense, high energy 30-minute class delivers four different 6-minute circuits consisting of 3 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of core, immediately followed by 2 minutes of strength work. Ready, set, #youregoingtosweat!
AfterBurn: Flexibility training involves more than stretching. Learn PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) techniques to increase movement efficiency, improve blood flow and nutrients to your joints and enhance neuromuscular coordination. Recommended immediately after a high intensity class.
Amp’d UP: Be the envy of everyone’s eye with our 30-minute upper body-only class that will tone and tighten your arms, back, shoulders and chest.
Barre Bootcamp: This is not your ordinary barre class. This bootcamp style barre format utilizes a stacked approach by layering exercises together.
Chisel: Reshape your body with this nonstop, fast-paced workout that focuses on compound exercises performed with lighter weights and higher repetitions.
DIY: No equipment necessary! This total body conditioning class can be done anywhere. Using your own body weight to elevate heart rate, increase strength and endurance all in this Do It Yourself express workout (30 minutes.)
FITCORE: This class features 15 minutes of concentrated abdominal and lower back work. Plan your workout accordingly to put this quick class on the front or back end of your workout routine.
FITKICK: A cardiovascular class using techniques from boxing and kickboxing. This is a great class for students who want to train like a professional boxer without the body contact.
Formula94: Our signature format, just without the heat! This calorie-torching workout is performed barefoot and the use of light to moderate hand weights will help you incinerate body fat as you define your body from head to toe.
Hatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga focuses on the postures of physical well-being to balance body, mind and spirit. Learn simple breathing exercises, basic yoga poses, light meditation and relaxation techniques. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Hip Hop: This dance fitness workout combines choreography taught in a progression format to urban beats mixed with pop and hip hop jams.
Loaded: This pyramid style total body format works in 30 second intervals adding in a new exercise every round, increasing your work time as you go. Once all 7 exercises are completed in succession you begin to eliminate one every round decreasing your workload.
Low Body Meltdown: Dedicate 30 minutes to a high energy, lower-body training format guaranteed to blast the glutes, quads and hamstrings while strengthening the core as well.
Modern Mat: This is a contemporary approach to a very traditional practice. Modern Mat infuses the basic elements of Pilates with light weights, tubing and rings for a comprehensive, user-friendly workout.
Motiv8: This high intensity training workout is designed to increase aerobic and anaerobic capacity, enhance power production and develop overall strength. Short 20 second intervals at your “max” are followed by a ten second rest, which is repeated for eight total rounds.
Pilates: Founded by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s, Pilates is a total body conditioning workout that emphasizes correct alignment and posture as well as flexibility and torso-strengthening exercises.
Spinning Interval: This program is designed to enhance your performance and competition level. Interval training is used to abruptly increase and decrease your heart rate through the manipulation of the intensity of the activity level during class.
Triple Threat: Maximize your workout with 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength and 15 minutes of core/flexibility for a very efficient, total body workout.
Total Body Blast: This comprehensive full body workout is inspired by all the latest training trends.
Twisted: Take your yoga practice to the next level! If you are looking to go deeper in both mind and body, increase the effects of rotation, improve flexibility all while supporting your poses get ready to get TWISTED.
UnPlug: Learn how to calm your brain and body with simple meditation techniques. Experience an increase in self awareness, clarity and creativity.
Yoga For Athletes: This basic yoga class is for anyone who experiences tightness due to sport-specific training like cycling, running and weight training. Learn easy exercises to open up your hips, hamstrings, lower back and shoulders and restore your body’s natural alignment.
