D.A.S.H. – Developing Active Senior Health at FFC! We invite our senior community to celebrate the joy of movement with our exclusive lineup of classes tailored just for you. Whether you’re looking to stay fit, gain strength, or simply enjoy the company of like-minded individuals, D.A.S.H. has something special to offer:
- DASH Fitness: Enjoy an introductory strength, mobility, and cardiovascular group class with a Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor Tuesday 11:15 AM and Thursday 11:30 AM.
- Aqua Workouts: Dive into our Aqua Workouts on Mondays at 10:15 AM, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 10:15 AM.
- Pilates/Yoga: Experience our newest format Equilibrium through a classical Pilates Mat series and Yoga flow, Wednesday at 8:15 AM.
- Dance Workouts: Get moving in our Zumba dance classes on Tuesday 7:30 PM and Thursday 6:30 PM.
