Intro to Pilates on the Reformer

Discover the fundamentals of Pilates in this Intro to Pilates class, designed for first-time clients to explore the core principles of mindful movement. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to add a new dimension to your fitness routine, this gentle, beginner-friendly class is the perfect place to start.

You’ll learn basic Pilates movements and terminology, breathing techniques, and proper body alignment, while improving your core strength, posture, and flexibility. Modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
